Since I will be working for you (the home buyer) I will tell
you what is wrong with the home. I have no vested interest in your buying
the home. I will be honest with you and treat you as if I would like you
to treat me. Some realtors may tell you I am too thorough, I try to be because
that is why buyers pay more to get me.
Upon arrival at the property, all areas of the home will be thoroughly examined
including the grounds, exterior, roof, structure, electric, heating and air
conditioning, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchen and interior. Together, the
inspector and client walk through the property examining first hand the
condition of the home. At this time, the strengths and weaknesses of the
property will be pointed out. The inspector will give directions to you (our
client) as to maintaining upkeep of the systems and infrastructure as well as
noting the corrections that need to be made to ensure safety. The Home
Inspection Book will be provided to you at the conclusion of the inspection and
a comprehensive typed narrative report will be prepared by the inspector himself
that evening. The night of your inspection we will post your report to our web
site and or fax a copy of the report to you and mail copies of the report to you
and your attorney.
