What is the actual number of years of inspection experience per inspector? Many inspection companies tout the number of years of construction experience their inspectors have because they have very little actual home inspection experience. Prior experience in related fields is a plus but what you should be looking for is a seasoned home inspector not a seasoned construction worker.
