I taught the classes and know for a fact that it takes a many years to learn how to inspect a home. Home inspection can not be learned in a few weeks or a month. There is a steep learning curve for new inspectors. Make sure you hire the most experienced inspector you can!

COST: Let's put things in perspective: If you're buying a $350,000 home and the inspection fee is $600, the inspection fee is less than 2/10 of a percent of the cost of the home!  The cost of a New Jersey home inspection is a bargain! 

If the inspection turns up little wrong with the home (just about none dofew do), you have bought inexpensive peace of mind.   Many inspections find serious problems. If serious problems are found during your home inspection the few hundred dollars you invested in our home inspection could end up saving you many thousands even tens of thousands of dollars.

EASY TO READ HOME INSPECTION REPORTS:  We use terms like unsafe, hazardous and immediate corrective action when necessary in a clear and easy to understand format.  We are not in favor of playing word games or telling clients to monitor conditions rather than take the necessary corrective actions.

TIME SAVINGS: Our clients are always in a hurry to get their typed report. By the next morning after your inspection the home inspector who performed you home inspection will type up the report and post your home inspection report to our web site and or fax a copy of your home inspection report to you and mail copies of the report to you and your attorney. While on the web you may provide friends or your attorney the custom web site address that is written on the first page of your Home Inspection Book. 

OUR MARKETING PHILOSOPHY: Since we do not rely on real estate agents for referrals (most come from attornies and previous clients).
